As you go through the courses, you will find we often refer to your organization as a brand. In order to build a successful communication strategy and social media presence, we recommend that you think of your organization as such. A ‘brand’ encompasses the name, design, symbol and/or any other feature that represents your organization’s persona, voice, tone, mission and values. Essentially, it’s what helps people easily identify one organization from another. Keep that in mind.
